Larkridge and Larkridge South provides several shopping and dining opportunities to the Denver metro area's fastest growing region.

Larkridge and Larkridge South entices tens of thousands of co mmuters who already travel along the north/south I-25 corridor at Colorado State Highway 7 (168th Avenue). Currently, more than 80,000 cars per day pass the site on the interstate and an additional 20,000 pass on Colorado State Highway 7. Additionally thousands of people are using the E-470/Northwest Parkway, just south of Larkridge and Larkridge South. These numbers are expected to grow considerably.
